By Pass Rotameter Suitable for high range of fluid in pipe line between 2'" or above upto 300 mm NB. Where on line rotameter cant be used. It consist of one orifice plate to be mountedin the pipe line between two flange. one more integral orifice with two inlet & outlet & one by pass Rotameter is provided to read, direct flow. we are leading manufacturer, supplier & exporter of by pass rotameter in gujarat, India.

Operating Principle & Standard Features:

  • Differential pressure P is formed in the chief Flow by offering an Orifice plate in the key pipeline.

  • Due to this P a branch of flow transfers via By-Pass line provided across the orifice plate from upstream cross to downstream cross of the Orifice Plate.

  • Extra Range Orifice plate is offered in the By-Pass line that is premeditated such that flow via range Orifice plate flows in amount with the flow via chief orifice plate. Therefore, by calculating the flow from by Pass line we can guess the flow from Core Pipe line.
